- Microsoft (restricted to internal developer access)

We do not receive your password from these services.
Community Profile Data
Users may create profiles within specific communities hosted on MilSim.io. These profiles may include:
- Community-specific aliases
- Rank or role within the community

Payment Information
All subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
MilSim.io does not store full payment card details.

- Stripe customer ID
- Subscription status
- Community subscription metadata

To maintain platform security and functionality, we collect certain technical information when the service is used.

- Falkenstein, Germany
- Helsinki, Finland
These locations are within the European Economic Area.

Transactional emails, such as account notifications and platform communications, are delivered through Mailgun.
Mailgun may process limited personal data required to deliver email messages, including:

- Delivery metadata

MilSim.io logs system and request data in order to detect abuse, monitor performance, investigate incidents, and maintain platform stability.
