ABOUT US
DEVGRU Red Squadron is a German-speaking ARMA 3 MILSIM unit portraying modern Tier One Special Operations. Authentic procedures, specialized equipment, realistic mission planning and coordinated teamwork shape our immersive operations.

Our community values discipline, reliability and mutual trust. Members continually develop their skills through regular training, operational experience and After Action Reviews (AARs).

SELECTION & TRAINING
Applicants complete an introductory conversation and assessment focused on motivation, communication and teamwork. Successful candidates are gradually integrated into our operational structure.

Our training program covers virtually every relevant aspect of military and Special Operations gameplay, from fundamentals to advanced procedures and specialist skills.

OPERATIONS & DEPLOYMENTS
Missions include Direct Action, Counterterrorism, Hostage Rescue, Special Reconnaissance, HVT operations, maritime missions and joint deployments. Planning, adaptability and coordinated execution are essential.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
All times are Berlin local time (CET/CEST).

Tuesday – Thursday | Training: 18:00–20:30
Friday | Main Operation: 20:30–Open End (usually until 00:30 Saturday)
Saturday | Gameday: 16:00–22:00
Sunday | Operation: from 15:00

GAMEDAY SYSTEM
Our Saturday Gamedays combine training, missions, deployments and special activities into one extended session. Events are generally announced a week ahead. Members can register individually and specify their available time window without needing to attend the entire event.

Our Gameday concept was inspired by Task Force 11 (TF11). Thanks for the original idea!

QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIALIZATIONS
Operators can earn additional qualifications through training, evaluations and operational experience.

Available Qualifications:
LMG, MMG, Breacher, Demolitioner, DMR, Sniper, Grenadier, UAV/UAS, JTAC, CCT, Operator, CM, Mission Builder and AT.

Qualifications require internal approval and do not guarantee a specific operational assignment.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent German (spoken and understood)
Mature, reliable and team-oriented attitude
Legal copy of ARMA 3
Functional microphone and stable internet
Willingness to train, learn and participate regularly
MILSIM experience preferred, not required
