WDG is built around the idea that tactical games are at their best when you're part of a well-oiled murderous machine—you have full confidence in your teammates + instinctively know what to do and how to do it.

We have a wide variety of SMEs with verified backgrounds who design and lead training.

We focus on learning both the why and how behind military tactics, and then apply them in challenging, team-oriented operations. The emphasis is on competency, not SOF slop, rank theater, or military roleplay. Thus, anyone with the right mindset is welcome–there’s no prior knowledge requirement–and nobody is restricted to running the same role every single op (ex: if you are both a proficient squad leader and m240b gunner, you can lead one night and let it rip the next).

Training takes place every Wednesday night (19:30 CST). Ops are every Saturday night (20:00 CST).

What we're looking for:
• A good attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to improve.
• The ability to take feedback and desire to work as part of a team
• Consistent participation, as real life allows.

We require members to complete a single-day BCT before attending ops & training and ask members to attend as many training sessions as possible. Without this, we cannot all be on the same page at ops. Yet, we understand that real life always comes first. WDG should never feel like a second job–we want people to show up because they enjoy being here and want to get better together. If that sounds like what you're looking for, come check us out.
