RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should:

• Be an active member of the Discord community.
• Own and be able to play Arma Reforger.
• Maintain respectful behavior toward other members.
• Follow the unit’s SOP and chain of command.
• Attend required basic training.
• Demonstrate teamwork and communication.
• Maintain activity within the unit.
• Be willing to learn and improve.

Prior milsim experience is NOT required.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

01— INTERVIEW

A recruiter will conduct a short interview covering expectations, availability, and your preferred role.

02 — BASIC TRAINING

New recruits complete basic training program.

03 — EVALUATION

Recruits are evaluated on:

• Communication
• Teamwork
• Discipline
• Weapon handling
• Movement
• Radio procedures
• Following orders
• Basic tactical knowledge

04 — ASSIGNMENT

Upon successful completion, the recruit is assigned to a squad and begins their Ranger career.
