Who We Are
We are a US Military based chill-sim group. We base all of our structures, ranks, and doctrine off a mix of U.S. Marine and Army groups. We strive to give you the best and most realistic experience in ArmA, without getting to the point it takes the fun away.

Why Join 11TAC?
We are a highly professional and structured ArmA Reforger unit.
11TAC holds a high standard of professionalism and maturity with its members. These are the characteristics you will find in all of our members and what we look for in potential recruits.

Teamwork
You need to be able to work well with other people, be a team player, and do it efficiently. If you feel you do not have these skills our recruit training program teaches these qualities.

Communication
We rely on all our members to be able to provide accurate communication during any and all operations, unofficial or official. We believe it is best to keep good communication in habit.

Maturity
We are looking for people who are going to be mature and sensible within our unit. We are all here to have fun and play a game, but we will not tolerate goofing off to the point it ruins other people's experience.

Commitment
We understand real life comes first, but in order for a group to survive it needs active members. We are as accommodating as possible with our play times, but we do have a reserve platoon if you cannot make those times.

Professionalism
If you want to be a member of the unit then we are looking for you to apply professionalism to everything you do. Conducting in a professional manner is important in every unit and can easily control the unit's overall appearance and tone.
