Hades Specialist Group (HSG) is a serious, modern MILSIM unit built around realistic tactics, structured command, discipline, professionalism, and immersion.

WHO WE ARE
HSG is an international unit, currently consisting primarily of American and European members.
We are currently recruiting our first batch of operators, meaning all infantry and supporting team roles are currently open.

LEADERSHIP & FEEDBACK
HSG leadership understands that effective units improve through honest feedback and self-assessment. Every member, whether a brand-new operator or someone holding a command position, is expected to accept constructive criticism, evaluate their own performance, and make adjustments when necessary. Respectful feedback is encouraged and viewed as a tool for unit improvement—not insubordination.
We do not expect you to call everyone “sir” or “sarge.” Rank exists to establish organization and responsibility, not to create unnecessary barriers between members. HSG operates on mutual respect between everyone, regardless of position.
IMMERSION & CAMPAIGNS
Our Game Masters prioritize realism, immersion, and consequences in both gameplay and storytelling. We aim to properly simulate the intensity and brutality of combat while still creating an enjoyable experience for our members.
Our campaigns are thorough, dynamic, and consequential. Your decisions matter, and the actions of your team can directly influence how an operation—or an entire campaign—unfolds.
Major unit decisions are discussed and voted on by leadership. Your ideas, criticisms, and opinions are heard and addressed—not forgotten.
VETERANS & CIVILIANS
Veterans and civilians are equally welcome.
Military experience is not a requirement for joining HSG. Having served does not automatically make someone a better operator, and having never served does not mean someone cannot develop excellent tactical knowledge.
Every recruit is treated with the same level of respect, regardless of background.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM 50 HOURS OF ARMA REFORGER EXPERIENCE
Applicants should have:
- Baseline tactical knowledge
- A willingness to learn
- The ability to adapt
- A willingness to operate as part of a cohesive team
- A serious attitude toward MILSIM
- The ability to accept and provide constructive criticism
PC / NEXT-GEN CONSOLE PLAYERS PREFERRED
Xbox Series S is not recommended due to performance and mod-related limitations.

MON–FRI: Training, FTXs & casual operations SAT: Campaign operation preparation & execution SUN: Fun day / wind-down
GENERAL ACTIVITY TIMES: 2 PM – 9 PM EST 6 PM – 1 AM GMT
