Description
ALCOM | Alaska Command
ALCOM is a Joint-Service Realism Milsim built around U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force conventional forces operating under one headquarters.
Our mission is simple:
«Bring as much real-world military knowledge, structure, and realism as possible into Arma Reforger.»
We don’t just wear OCPs and run operations. Our goal is to make MOSs, AFSCs, schools, leadership, logistics, aviation, maintenance, fires, and support roles actually mean something in-game.
We are a CONVENTIONAL FORCES UNIT first and foremost, with specialized capabilities supporting the larger force.
Questions before joining? Our Recruitment Center has qualified recruiters available to explain the unit, training pipeline, jobs, and expectations.
Duty Hours
Monday–Friday | 0600–1700 CST
You are not required to be online for the entire duty period.
Duty Hours simply mean that while participating in ALCOM activities during this period, members are expected to maintain proper military standards, professionalism, rank structure, and Discord/in-game conduct.
Operations, scheduled exercises, deployments, and official training remain On-Duty regardless of time or day.
Off-Duty Hours
Outside Duty Hours and during most weekends, rank becomes a title—not a social barrier.
A LTC can play COD with a Specialist. Officers, NCOs, and junior enlisted members are encouraged to relax, play other games, and build friendships.
We want military realism without turning the community into a 24/7 job.
Real-World Knowledge
ALCOM actively values the experience of Veterans and Active Duty Service Members.
Their knowledge helps us develop realistic training, SOPs, schools, MOS/AFSC programs, and unit procedures while adapting them appropriately for Arma Reforger.
