The Standard: What to Expect We don’t do "participation trophies." Our Initial Entry Training (IET) isn't a formality, it’s a filter. It establishes the baseline for our SOPs, CQB flows, and Comms discipline. We prioritize Violence of Action. We don’t sit on ridges for three hours waiting for a Zeus to spawn a truck; we move fast, hit hard, and secure the objective before the enemy can react. Our Expectations We are looking for self-motivated players who want to sharpen their skills rather than just sit in a formation. Accountability: Be on time for ops, know your gear, and maintain your kit. Tactical Proficiency: We expect you to hit your marks and hold your lane. We provide the training; you provide the focus. Professionalism: Our environment is firm but fair. We don't do "Yes Sir/No Sir" roleplay, but we do expect absolute radio silence and discipline during the contact. The Culture We operate on a "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality. During an operation, we are 100% focused on the mission. On off-days, we’re a community that hangs out, plays other games, and de-briefs. We succeed as a unit, or we don't succeed at all.
