The Special Forces Strike Group (SFSG) is an elite quick-reaction and support unit of the British Armed Forces, operating under United Kingdom Special Forces (UKSF) command to assist Tier 1 units like the SAS and SBS. Renamed from the Special Forces Support Group in December 2025, it acts as a highly trained blocking and assault force.
